When I make Mexican food at home, it is essential to have guacamole lathered on every dish in excessive amounts.  It is the perfect addition to cool down an extra spicy burrito or to add some kick to plain chicken nachos, depending on what ingredients you choose to mix in.  I am constantly experimenting with new additions and varying recipes to customize my dip and find all new flavors to enjoy.

New York, New York.  The city so nice, they named it twice.  In all of my travels, New York feels the most like home to me.  Okay, I grew up in the south on a small farm, but it still gives me a homey vibe for some reason.  I love this town so much it makes me want to SHOUT IT OUT!  I try to make a visit to New York City at least twice a year, and each time I go, I fall so much more in love.  The fact that it seems like the world is at your fingertips is one of its biggest appeals to me.  That is the same when it comes to dining too.  Anything that you want to eat, you can certainly find it in New York.  If you are just visiting, then there are some places you should check out while there.  This is our first “Eat Here If” feature, but there will be plenty more to come.  So, when you’re in good ole NYC, eat here if…
