Not that we really anticipate always being able to use the best ingredients every time we prepare a dish. We are also realistic, and we know that some people find it difficult to get organic produce and free range animal products, so while we do emphasize the health and flavor benefits of those, we do not mention the fact in the recipes and reviews you will find here.
