Allow me to introduce myself. I am Renee Simone, and this is my website. I have been working in the culinary arts for the past six years in varying degrees, from working in a restaurant as sous chef, to owning my own restaurants, writing a few cook books, and appearing on local television spots and radio programs. I enjoy my job, and most of all, the people I get to work with day after day. My career is full of excitement and glamour, even when I get my face doused with powdered sugar sometimes. It’s a good life. No complaints.
